Here’s an original BeBop Blues bass head and a 36 bar (three choruses) bass solo, using everything from classic bebop vocabulary to Coltrane inspired substitutions and beyond.

Written in full standard bass clef music notation and TAB. Two versions are included, one using “8va” to facilitate ease of reading. Also included is a 9 page written analysis with insights into both the melody and all of the key devices I incorporated in my solo and an MP3 play through of the piece.
